Shipping Policy
We ship USPS through our shopping cart. We prefer to ship priority because most of the time it is less expensive for you and you will receive your package quick. Saddles and carts are shipped UPS or Fed-X. We also have first class for small items which fit into an envelope and parcel post available so ask about shipping before you buy so we can adjust it if needed.
Insurance is recommended on items over $100.00. This small amount can save both of us a large headache!
We also offer combo shipping on all items.
We do ship Internationally and Canada: Email us with your item and we will invoice you the correct item plus shipping for your area.
All international shipping is Priority only! This will give you insurance up to $75.00. If your item needs additional insurance we can add that for you.
Return Policy
We ask that you ask questions and get more pictures if you need it before purchasing any item. All items come with a full description and with measurements to help you fit your horse
Returns are allowed with a 10% restocking fee. Returns due to manufacture defects are free.
Contact us asap if there is a problem. We will try to work with you to help you in anyway we can.
NO RETURN ON BITS or USED ITEMS SOLD AS-IS.
Return shipping is at buyer's expense. All return items must be shipped with a tracking number. Items must be returned with in 7 days in the same condition they were received.
